Available Positions

Architectural Designer: Entry Level, Full Time

We are looking for a recent graduate with a Professional or Master’s Degree from an Accredited Architecture School with 6 months-3 years’ experience.  Must be a hardworking, detail oriented, creative, team player willing to help with any task and all phases of the Architectural Process.  Benefits:  Vacation, Holidays, sick time, healthcare, flexible hours, free parking.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with CAD (datacad a plus, but will train)

  • Sketch up skills preferred

  • Fluent in English

  • Able to get to Concord (car or train)

  • Legally authorized to work in the US

  • Comfortable hand sketching

  • Positive Attitude

  • Adaptable, Flexible

  • Interested in Residential Design

Architectural Designer: Full Time

Must have a minimum of 4 - 7 years’ experience and a Professional or Master’s Degree from an Accredited Architecture School and be on the path to Licensure.  Able and interested in taking a Residential Project from Design through Construction Administration. Benefits: Vacation, holidays, sick time, healthcare, flexible hours, free parking.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in CAD (Datacad a plus, but will train)

  • Competent in Sketch up

  • Self-motivated

  • Good People skills

  • Experience dealing with consultants and contractors

  • Experience producing working drawings and details

  • Skilled Designer

  • Fluent in English

  • Hardworking person who likes to problem solve

  • Ability to understand structural drawings
