Fly by night furniture store

Fly By Night bought a 10,000 square foot brick building in the center of Maynard, MA, in order to expand their furniture store operations. We upgraded the façade and added new black metal windows to bring in more light and to increase display visibility to the street. We created retail space on both levels, connected by a new open metal stair. We removed the dropped ceiling and exposed the existing floor trusses. Upgrades included sprinklers, fire alarms, LED lighting, accessible bathrooms and an enclosed floor to floor lift.
