Gut renovation of two family

 An older couple wanted to downsize and their daughter was having trouble finding an affordable single family house. They decided to pool their resources and gut and remodel a two family in Arlington to fit both of their needs. A dormer, back stair and roof deck with wire railing overlooking Spy Pond, were added.  The Pella windows with simulated divided lites are black clad on the outside and painted or stained on the inside. The trim on the inside is painted or stained to match. The kitchens have white cabinets with white or black quartz counters and gold hardware. The siding is Hardie plank clapboards.
