Architectural Designer: Full Time
Must have a minimum of 4 - 7 years’ experience and a Professional or Master’s Degree from an Accredited Architecture School and be on the path to Licensure. Able and interested in taking a Residential Project from Design through Construction Administration. Benefits: Vacation, holidays, sick time, healthcare, flexible hours, free parking.
Qualifications:
Proficient in CAD (Datacad a plus, but will train)
Competent in Sketch Up
Self-motivated
Good people skills
Experience dealing with consultants and contractors
Experience producing working drawings and details
Skilled Designer
Fluent in English
Hardworking person who likes to problem solve
Ability to understand structural drawings
